Default Coilover Question

What rate of spring should I run on a street car/cruiser/drag occasionally?

Any specific kits I should look into??

we had the 14 coil springs (believe they are the heavier ones) with 90/10 lakewood struts on a 85 fox with a 565 bbc-th400 mustang .Rode stiff , but was a drag car only .Also had over 4" of adjustment to work the throw of the wieght in .

did the ride feel tight and stable?

I'm sure the difference between a big block and a small block car will be a great difference?

Default mustang coil overs

went smooth down the track and once we dropped the coil overs down 2" we got 144 60 ft. reaction times with 28 x 11.5 slicks . The car (front tires are 26" 8 ply hoosier front runners) is in the pictures launching and stance sitting at the track last year .

You really need to weigh the car to get the correct spring rate. Best I can tell you unless you want to play the guessing game.
